We are a family owned local business. We are focused on helping land owners in Texas achieve maximum value for their land. We do so by identifying the highest and best us of the land. We have years of knowledge and experience in investing in land. We are the experts in identifying land with great development potential.
We work closely with the land owners to understand their situation and needs. If needed, we are able to meet you in-person to discuss the same. Unlike many others, we don’t send low-ball offers. That is why we call our business “Top Dollar Land”.
Our general investment criteria
• We are currently focused on in North Texas area – especially counties around Dallas Fort Worth Metroplex such as Grayson county, Collin County, Cooke County, Hunt County.
• We prefer to invest around counties and cities that are
o Growing in population and jobs
o Are near major highways/freeways such as Highway 75, highway 35, highway 380, state highway 289 (Preston road)
o With good school district
o E.g. cities include but not limited to Van Alstyne, Howe and Sherman/Denison
• Ideal land would be
o 10 acres or more
o Good road frontage (with legal access)
o Access to utilities – especially water
o Off-market (not already listed)
